Ahhhh I see what he was doing. Whatever business he worked for needed them gone because they were not using them anymore. Makes sense.

I would test it everywhere, you never know it could have a virus. Maybe that's the reason the previous owner sold it? Come on, he drops $750 dollars in two weeks.
