These should all help protect your system so you don't have to worry about viruses as much. (I say as much because you should still be careful what you download; you never know what obfuscation may slip by an antivirus filter.)
Edit: This site is actually a legitimate site, I have used their products before. It's not a virus. What you downloaded was probably one of their export modules. It's fine, just delete it.
