sign your main account in with controller one, then press the xbox live button on your second account and sign into the dummy account. Then on the dummy account go to download history, whilst hovering over the thing you wanna download, sign out on that controller.

now you should have your main account signed in, but on the download list of the dummy.. now press it and download it, it should now work on your main account.. enjoy! pm me if you need more help!

license transfer and download it again, otherwise you should start up the game and then get yourself disconnected from xbox live but not sign out really disconnect like unplug your cable or tell your friend to log in on his profile to get you disconnected then you log off(while disconnected)
and login on your own gamertag then just connect to xbox live and enjoy the game!
