CS:GO
To Alot of people who play call of duty, they may not want to buy the game. However, CS:GO isn't really comparable to COD. What I want to do is make a post for undecided people to make up their minds about wether or not to buy the game, and I won't force you, but I'll let you make up you'r own mind about it. "Counter Strike: Global Offensive" Is a sequal to the ever popular fps "counterstrike:source" and is out on all platforms.(Xbox, Mac, PC, PS3) Players who preordered CS:GO were allowed to play a beta for it. During the beta the developers were intending on actually allowing cross-platform play, a mode in which an xbox player could join in with a pc player and play in the same match. However this was cancelled for a number of reasons. One of which, being that PC gamers were complaining that Console gamers aren't "Good" Enough to play with them. People on youtube such as Shibby2142 say that it would be "No Competition". But do you think that console players could beat them? Please do the Poll above. In the games beta they also said that giving out updates to PC players was more important to them then giving a chance for cross platform play to everyone and then the idea was thus crushed. Gameplay of the beta is probably your best tool to see if you want to play the game or not.

Now, With some in game details. CS:GO features a variety of maps, weapons, and gamemodes. The most popular is classic defusal, a mode in which one team must plant the bomb to win and the other must defuse it to win. The way guns work in comparison to call of duty is MUCH MUCH different. In the beginning of a round you buy the gun you want with earned money from last round. If you die while using that gun, you lose it until you buy it again. You don't have to unlock anything to be able to buy any of the guns. All guns are available for purchase when the amount of money is met. Not only can you buy guns, but also extra armor, grenades, special grenades, such as flashbangs, and defusal kits, which allow you to defuse faster. So will you buy Counter strike Global Offensive?
