its not the port. if you are on windows, go into the command comsole. type 'ipconfig' then look to see the preferred ip address and then go into your server settings and change to the preferred ip. Done

Put your ipv4 address in your server config where it says ip:

For example, mine is 192.168.1.107

I would do this:
