Ya ive herd about it i think you have to some how switch your console to some japan settings to get it ive herd its alot of work though

Change your console Locale to Japan. Make a new account with the email ending with @jp.com. Then look for the game with the dragon called Monster Hunter Frontier (Might say MHF with Japanese letters after it) then all you do is click the orange button when you load the game and write down the code it gives you.
