My computer is a:

- Acer Aspire Z5761
- 4GB DDR3 RAM
- Intel Core i3 Procesor 2100
- 1.5TB Hard Drive
- Intel HD Graphics 1696MB

What is the cheapest graphics card to get but still run games on medium - high

He means you can't add a graphics card. For one, there's no PCI slots to even put a graphics card into, there's slim to no chance a graphics card would fit, and the PSU (220w) couldn't even handle a decent graphics card. All in one PCs are designed to be as compact as possible, like laptops, and don't leave a lot of room for upgrades.

Ohh thanks, might use this computer for personal use and put in my bedroom and getting a gaming computer and put it in my office where my xbox is.
