Well since I've finished everything possible on the game I usually replay DLC or just have fun with some mods Sometimes I look for side missions I haven't completed as well!

I don't have the DLC for New Vegas but I do for Fallout 3.

I like looking for new people to talk to that may have new quests

DLC and exploring. When there is nothing else to explore and I do all DLC I delete the DLC and download it again to do it again.
