id have my dad take care of that but he gets pissed at comcast cuz all here hears are machines talking to him and he gets mad...........

Turn off both your PS3 and Modem/Router... For a good 30 minutes, And if it doesnt work call up your provider

maybe turn your router on and off and reset it and if that does not work call your internet provider ?
