I think this is **** sick he had a chance to take the dog down and restrain it or back off. That is **** dirt and should not have happend. But the dog is still alive so it is not that big deal. I do like dog but if one attacked me i would take action not try and kill it. Police and *****.

A man having a seizure that has a 10% chance of dying
and a dog that got SHOT! has a 95% chance of dying the man could have been helped easily without shooting the poor dog. Also I know how seveire a seizure is my aunt is epileptic! It's not that good of a chance that they will die.
