3. What seems to be the problem ? Name anything recent that you have done to you console recently (update nands, etc): Well the DVD Drive that is flashed correctly and i havent touched it since i bought it now it says Play DVD i have recently updated my Jtag dashboard
4. What physical errors are you seeing (2/3 RROD, RGH not booting, RGH booting slowly, Jtag getting E79,etc): It says Play DVD when a game is put in
5. Do you have your OG Nand ?: Yes

Pot tweaking is like a bandaid. Its just meant to by you time until the laser completely give out.

You dont need an entire new drive you just need to replace the laser. Much cheaper fix.

Freezing on the splash screen or just random freezing usually has to do with wire placement. Something is causing interference. Most commonly with the CPU_RST. Try re-positioning your wire routing or try the CPU_RST Cleaner. Its a handy tool for cleaning up the interference.

I don't mind if people like you help answer questions here or there, as long as the input is positive, and the main goal of helping users stays in sight. As I am slowly receding from the xbox game I will be less and less informed in terms of hardware and new items, etc. So I appreciate mafia boss, and whoever wants to help people with their problems.
