Hello TTG. i have 70 to spend on a Graphics Card but which one.
it need to run gta iv smooth with a good FPS

ATI HD 3xxx Is the lowest you can go

Its not hard to run GTA. Most cards just get the same FPS since its a terrible console port.

GTA in my opinion isn't a valid benchmarking game anyway.
For $70 you can get the Sapphire 6570 which is currently 64.99 on the egg, or the Gigabyte GeForce GT 430 for $69.99. MSI GeForce GT 630 is also $69.99.
At least, those are the cards I'd get. Sorry I can't post links, I'm on my phone.

Not very descriptive... I run crysis 2 with that same card at max.

You just stated you run it at max, I run every single game on max, if I set the resolution to 800x600. There are many more factors you have to account for besides game settings.

max at 1920x1080

You just stated you run it at max, I run every single game on max, if I set the resolution to 800x600. There are many more factors you have to account for besides game settings.
