it depends on if your looking for combat or other skills.. you could easily get mage up to 94 for ice barrage by high alching and not really lose that much money. You could also get att, str, and def up to atleast 70 by training on lessers or doing slayer tasks. Id recommend slayer tasks for both combat and slayer xp. For money you could either mine or woodcut. for woodcut id go until you get like 85 or so wcing and then do yews for slightly slow money, or just do ivy at whatever level for 99. For mining just mine iron to 60 then do coal for cash...

Get 85 Att str and Def. Start with 85 str then Att then def. You do this becuase str makes you hit higher(more xp/hit) attack then makes you hitmore often(more xp/hr) then def should be much easier.

You can get 85 in those skills however you want. I suggest Pest control, slayer, or dragons or any other good money monsters. When you have 85 in all of them go bossing. Great money and xp.

By the time you get 99 in those skills you'll have loads of cash. And with those skills you will no longer be a noob. Good Luck.
