Yeah it's a storm ring, but don't bother buying membership for it, it's one of Jagex' silly things to draw in members.

That's a bonus exp necklace, I think it's worth using if you're a member but otherwise. It really depends on what exp bonus it gives, some are worthwhile some are not. Google the bonus exp necklaces and there may be a list with pictures and you may be able to select out yours.

couldnt find anything on that neckless but o whell i wont be getting me in like 5 months
