Recover your profile and licence transfer your content through download history (tip you can only do this once every 3 months)

Bethesda made the content unlicensetransferrable for a reason

Not to mention, licence transferring for DLC puts you at an extremely high risk of being console banned, microsoft are cracking down on it.
