Well I don't know the justice system over in Norway very well but this guy kinda killed 77 people.

I personally feel that if you kill an innocent person you should get the death penalty.

In most U.S. States it's at least 25 years for a murder. This guy is serving 3.6 years for each murder if you do the math. Let alone the 240 he wounded.

In 21 years a man who purposely made a bomb and deliberately killed 77 people and injured 240 people will be walking the streets.

If you think he deserved his sentence I beg you to let me know.

He actually gets to stay in like a 3 room cell which make no sense whatsoever

Plus 21 years is nothing!

What if in 21 years he does the same thing again?

The justice system in Norway is a little bit different than here in the U.S. He is gonna stay in prison until he is no longer considered a threat to society, After 21 years, the prosecution can file to extend the sentence. I wouldnt be surprised if he ends up serving life in prison.

A lot different than the US judicial system. He is NEVER going to be released. So many news reports are skimping out details and make it look like he's only serving 21 years.
Well even if this is the case it's ridiculous that the original sentence is 21 years...

Exactly.

The trial was stretched out for so long, and many eyewitnesses gave statements. They have the killings documented so well because they have every intent to file the extension. Sadly, the 21 years is actually the maximum sentence, but he will not get out of jail anytime after that.

Another thing to realize is that he wanted to go to jail. If you have been following the case recently, he stated that he wanted to be tried as sane and go to prison rather than a mental institution.

Personally, I feel that the Death Penalty should have been an option, but it is not legal in Norway. No human interaction for 30+ years is tough on the mind. As I said earlier, he is not getting out.
