I respect how you are advising the users of thetechgame the right and wrong of xbox live, you should state on your topic that all users of xbox live signed an agreement to not break the code of conduct and so if they do they serve the right to either prosecution or an full console ip address ban.

That was your fault. You had a modded theater video in vault. They will not unban you.
