This is my twitter. I don't know why it has gone like this but it won't go back to normal. I've tried uninstalling the browswers, logging out, deactivating my account. It just won't change. SOMEONE HELP?

Have you try clearing your browser's data? (cookies,cache,etc.)

Sorry I'm know expert on Twitter.

I'm assuming that is Firefox, try Google Chrome.

If you tried other computers it not a computer problem, more of a Twitter problem or setting you enable.

Have you tried another Twitter account? If not, create for one for testing purposes.

Maybe re-install Java or re-install your Graphic Card Driver?
