On my xbox360 i can not open the download screen or get the download past 1% am i the only one with this problem

How much storage space do you have left?

Try restarting your xbox and attempt to download it again.

Try resetting your router and download again.

I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue, may just be your connection.

ive tried all those things and still the same problem and i doubt its my connection because normally i can download 5 GB files in about 15 minutes

Well if that's true then there may be an issue with the xbox live servers, they've been pretty messed up recently actually.

Just try to download later or tomorrow; if you still experience the problem I'll try and assist you with it a little more if I can.

now when i try to download it a pop up says cant download but it doesnt give me any information on why?

Cancel the download go to Account Download History, Try it again from there.

delete it of your hard drive and retry it or atleast see if you have enough gb to download it.
