Yeah it's a possibility but if they're not going to release any more information until after a few weeks. It's almost September now which means a few weeks is mid-late September meaning an October release is way too sudden. However a November release is plausible and December isn't.

If we don't have a date by September, I'd definitely say 2013 is certain.

It mightn't even be in it. The red plane you can see is the crop duster which was also flyable in GTA: San Andreas.
