ok, my xbox when it trys to read discs its says open tray and you know microsoft, cheap and selfish so i called them an said
me:What the hell my xbox keeps saying open tray with a disc in it.
microsoft:ok please hold.
10 minutes later
me: so how do i fix my xbox.
microsoft: have you tried removing your harddrive?
me:no
microsoft:well thats the problem your xbox and harddrive are infected[then hung up on me]

Wow tbh harddrive is not even the problem is the eye on the dvd that get stucl it happen to me so I open it and fix it

i still have a warranty i would do that but yea, i just called them to see if they would let me return my xbox and get the "refubished" one.

this has happened to me a couple of times now and to my friend, all i did is twiggle the disk tray around and it works again
