Is Everybody Else Getting The Same Problem About The Modern Warfare 3 servers are down or is it just me?

The Call of duty modern wafare 3 server is not avalible
at this time. please try again later or vist

Well i don't play cod really anymore but i have seen many people saying:

Are the mw3 servers down?
Are the black ops servers down etc...

So maybe somethings going on? check the website.

yeah im getting the same problem, i think others are to.

looked on my recent players and at least 80% are on the mw3 main menu and have been there for 15 mins.

i cannot even get on the call of duty website anymore

Its just says Defcon 5 All MW3 servers are functional etc...

When I clicked on the link to the cod website I'm getting this as well:

Its shows 5 Defcon boxes from 1-5 with 5 being highlighted in green and below says

Hmmm... I don't understand how some people can't access the site and some others can, Weird.
