That's about $50 over your budget unfortunately, but it is a very good build. If you want to overclock you can always just get a Hyper 212 EVO later. I got my 2500k up to 4.5GHz safely with just the EVO, you probably won't need water cooling unless you plan on getting to 4.7+ GHz.

Make sure you know your facts before you say something like that. The Hive and Capstone units are of great quality and the Hive is probably my most oft-recommended series because it's unbeatable for the price.
