Just save up for a car.
Don't get me wrong I love bike and always will.
But as a first you would be safer in a car.

I'd say Kawasaki's are good tbh, you want a bike with not too much upkeep needed, so you can learn how to fix them if it requires it for the future.. Especially if you're into bikes.

To ride a bike, you will need a regular license, then go back and get your motorcycle license.
It is alot of work. You will need a license plate and turn signals put on anything you want to drive.
