I've been looking at computers for a while now to find the perfect computer for the perfect price.
I need to know if this computer will run minecraft with hd texture packs, upload at a good speed. And multitask a lot. Along with school work as well.

Yes I know it's an acer, and I know it's from walmart. Just give me your opinion on it and let me know if it's good enough to do what I need it to do.

As far as multitaskting and doing general stuff, that machine will be okay, but I still don't like it. No dedicated graphics, you'd be running off Intel HD Graphics 2000, which sucks. You won't have any fun gaming. For $700 you could get something pretty badass, just go here: Forums/t=3809045/the-custom-pc-to...-only.html

That means I would have to order the parts separably.
I don't want to do that, and it also means that I would have to build it.
Maybe link me to some for this price?

Here is your answer. If you don't build it yourself, you are going to get ripped off. If you actually want a good PC on a budget, you need to build it. Do not try eBay, or any stores.
Don't be worried about not being able to build it, it's very easy. All you need to do is put the parts together without smashing them against a brick wall. Newegg.com has free 3 day shipping on almost all of their items, so don't worry about that either.
If you still refuse to build it yourself, your next best bet is ibuypower.com, but they are still a huge ripoff, just not as bad as Walmart.

Even if he does decide to go with a company like CyberPowerPC for example, for one he is still getting shafted as you said, and second of all he could still be getting crap components if he does not what the hell he is selecting. You're paying someone hundreds of dollars extra for them to build you a PC in a 30 minute time period which is really all it takes.

It would run Minecraft yeah, but for increased performance you are gunna want a 3rd part GPU,
also having a good pc does not increase your upload speed. need builds for same price msg me.
