@op, Best thing to do is just trial and error, find whats bets for you, personally I play on full and do just fine.

@The tard who said valve ruined the aiming, this game doesn't have aim assist. If you can't handle that then go back to CoD.

i totally agree with you thats how the game was made its not mean;t for randoms who play cod it was intended for more of a mature hardcore audience and if you cant handle that then like the other guy said go back to cod

CS is horrible on the xbox, you should just stick to PC.

I run my sensitivities in the middle,but more to the lower side since it's what I'm used to.

Now Valve did not ruin the aiming completely on console(not sure on PC),but it is messed up.
It feels kinda slow and like you getting imput lag a bit.

lower vertical, I feel like I can't get it perfect. I think I might just use keyboard and mouse. I have played CS since 1.5 by the way.
