Download WillowTree: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Open Willow Tree And Open You Borderlands File And Go To items
1.Go To The Items Tab
2.Click New
3.On The Top Box Click Item Grade And Go To The Item Grades Tab And Click StorageDeckUpgrades.ItemGrade_SDU_Ammo
4.Go To The dlc2_gd_items Then Click INV_SkillPoints.Item_SkillPointReward
5.Click Save Changes And You Can Duplicate It
6.Now It Should Be In Your Bags Just Drop It Then Pick It Up And It Will Be In Your Skill Points
