Absolutely! the 10 G of DDR3 is way more than enough, prebuilt or nor, as well as the 3.5 GHz, even though it is AMD.

RAM is not the only thing that effects games, It can run minecraft but you're better off building your own.

I would upgrade to intel i5 one of these days, but yes it will run it just fine.
