A lot of people may know this, and most people will avoid it as is slow for levelling; but with this glitch you can obtain an infinite amount of 9MM rounds and leather armour.
You must have at least 25 Barter/Speech to this and It can be done right at the start of the game.
Text Tut:
1) Create a character that has at least 25 Speech/Barter.
2) Start the quest 'Run Goodprings Run' from Joe Cobb; to start you must overhear the argument between Joe and Trudy in the bar, then just follow Joe to a house on the edge of town and speak to him and start the quest.
3) Kill Ringo as Joe Cobb says.
4) Return to Joe Cobb and start the next portion of the quest but DO NOT complete it.
5) Kill Joe Cobb and the powder gangers. (You may want to switch difficulty as It can be challenging for 1 person at a low level)
6) Speak to Chet like Joe Cobb said before he died and the Speech/Barter check option should still be there.
7) just keep passing through the check until you hit your desired level.
8) (Optional) If you chose to hit the max level, upon leaving the start area (Boundary is where it asks you the option to change character) you will be asked to set all your perks again. both perks that you chose by levelling and by leaving the start area will be kept.
It is recommended you save at this point to avoid doing this every time you start a save as you can just load up this save and start fresh.

Same Glitch just with Doc Mitchell,
Please tell me if I have made any mistakes, feel free to post other glitches and I will add them to the thread.

Nice glitch! I actually didn't know this...
Do you have to clear system cache to do it?

I actually did this when the glitch was first released till i was level 30, i was just tapping A and up for a good few hours
You need to include the perks that dont double when you rechoose the perks again
While in Goodsprings, ONLY pick these perks. After you leave and rebuild your character, you can pick any perks you want, whether they're on this list or not.
THESE PERKS WILL STAY WHEN YOU REBUILD:
Action Boy/Girl
Adamantium Skeleton
Animal Friend
Better Criticals
Bloody Mess
Cannibal
Center of Mass
Chem Resistant
Chemist
Commando
Computer Whiz
Concentrated Fire
Cowboy
Demolition Expert
Explorer
Fast Metabolism
Ferocious Loyalty
Finesse
Fortune Finder
Ghastly Scavenger
Grim Reapers Sprint
Gunslinger
Hand Loader
Hit the Deck
Infiltrator
Jury Rigger
Laser Commander
Lead Belly
Life Giver
Light Step
Living Anatomy
Long Haul
Math Wrath
Meltdown
Miss Fortune
Mister Sandman
Mysterious Stranger
Nerd Rage!
Nerves of Steel
Night Person
Ninja
Nuka Chemist
Pack Rat
Paralyzing Palm
Piercing Strike
Plasma Spaz
Purifier
Pyromaniac
Quick Draw
Rad Absorption
Rad Resistance
Robotics Expert
Scrounger
Shotgun Surgeon
Silent Running
Slayer
Sniper
Solar Powered
Splash Damage
Spray 'n Pray
Stonewall
Super Slam
Terrifying Presence
The Professional
Toughness
Unstoppable Force
Vigilant Recycler
Weapon Handling
All perks at level 2, and level 4 will disappear, so:
For your first two perks while leveling up in Goodsprings, choose swift learner. This makes the infinite XP go a lot faster, and any other perks you choose will disappear anyways. After you're at level 6, pick whatever you want from the "will not disappear" list above.
