You will be able to play on medium to high settings, with that 550Ti, there decent cards!

ARMA is mainly a GPU supported game, so CPU doesn't really come into play that much. Obviously its still a factor, I run it and get around 90-100 fps on medium settings with an overclocked version of the GPU you are getting but I have a better CPU. this should give you a rough idea.

I dont know what im playing on right now, But i have loading screen lag...
And i want to try t fix it.

I turned my quality down to normal, And low.
And its still lagging like sh*t.
Do you know what the problem is?
