So, Im moving from AMD because of over heating issues.
I know what Intel can do, so im switching to intel.

I still have my PSU, GPU, RAM, And my case from my old build. So pretty much im just adding a Mobo and a CPU. Let me know what you guys think. Here is my whole setup.

Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

RAM: 8GB (2X4GB) Ripjawz Series Ram

Case: Coolermaster 430 Elite

PSU: Corsair TX650w

GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Please let me know what you guys think.

Over-heating issues? You probably don't need to switch platforms and there's not a thing wrong with most AMD CPUs. What are your current specs?

AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 555 @ 3.20 Ghz

Biostar N6853+ Mobo.

And then everything that i listed up there, besides mobo and cpu, go to this pc

Should i change? Or try to get water cooling?

Well, first off the case sucks and I'm assuming you're using stock cooling. Stock should be enough at stock clocks, but the 555 is an overclocking beast. You can also unlock an extra latent core (usually). Poorly applied thermal compound is always a possiblity as well.

What you can do is buy a Hyper 212 Evo and overclock that 555 and unlock it. It won't be a bottleneck and you won't have to waste money on new unneeded hardware. Make sure you apply compound correctly!
