uh you had to get into the beta for the new dashboard.

You need to be in the Xbox Beta, which was closed. They opened it again but I'm pretty sure it's over with now. Should've been more informed. Don't worry thought it's coming out soon.

You need to get a beta key then redeem it on your xbox download the file and wait again for them to send you the beta update.

I've been saying for so many years that Xbox Live needed an Internet browser. just wait a couple months mate and it will officially be released. Unfortunately, I missed the Beta too.

You need to be in the beta, it takes about 2-5 days..
