I stopped accepting Paypal not because I was getting scammed by buyers. They tried and failed miserably. I stopped using Paypal because they are a horrible company who makes the rules up as they go. Do enough business with them on a daily basis and you will discover this. I can't afford to have them hold money from me with no warning and very little reasoning other than they "believe" the transaction to be "fraudulent". You can invoke this type of hold on a payment to someone simply by making it from an ip that Paypal's system doesn't recognize as "normal" for the account.

Unfortuneately no, they are shared KV's so when we distribute them they are booted.

No as the kv will be banned by the time you go on

But any bank will still reverse payments if you say the item was not as decribed.
