Ive been waiting 2 days and havent got a reply from them should i pm noble about how long ive been waiting? because ive been hearing people payed yesterday and got it and some people have been waiting 3 to 4 days and still havent got it

Wait, 4 - 7 days. If nothing then i would investigate, you have to remember they have a lot of requests, but i'm sure you can PM Noble if you feel the need to.
