So I got my Jtag back yesterday and I just was able to set it up today,
And I am getting a blinking 1 red led when I start it up.
Any help by anychance?
I took all the cables out, waited 30 seconds, and plugged them back in, and nothing happened... Same error.
I can boot into Xell and I was wondering if I should reflash my nand through it?

Try reflashing Nand again if you still get it, E74 is caused by cold solder joint under (H)ana/Ana chip or GPU. Make sure nothing is missing on the board near those two chips. Your fix will likely be reflowing/reballing you (H)ana chip. What type of motherboard do you have?

E74 Is a gpu related error that plagues many xbox 360 owners. It is possible to fix with a reflow but in my experience one day sooner than later you will see the error again. Getting your console a new GPU would be most fitting for a permanent fix. Send it away to a repair man, if your in the US try mafia5k or bosslobbyz.
