You cannot unban a xbox live account once its 9999 banned sorry to break it to you

No. No, its not. ive unbanned the same one twice so far.

and even if you dont know how, if you go on HF im SURE you can pay someone to unban it for you. (make sure they're legit first with vouchers.)
