What should I do in the weight room to strengthen my legs, I'm a high school kicker and I want to strengthen my legs to kick even better. Please If you know anything that I can do I would really appreciate it. I have a chance to play college and I want to make sure I get in. Thanks

Squats and deadlifts are the best for legs.Anything to do with compound movements.

Squats and deadlifts once a week.Make sure you practice proper form and technique or you will injure yourself badly with these, as for how much it should be an amount you are comfortable to start off with till you get your form then slowly increasing it.
