I'd like the haters to tell me exactly how they can fault this purchase. The 13" Air is one of the only Apple products that are competitive in their markets. If you objectively take a look at the ultra(buzzword)book market right now, you'd see how great the Air really is. Personally I can't justify any ultrabook yet and they don't fit my needs or budget, but that is beside the point. OSX is, in my eyes and from my experience, the best OS for ultraportable laptops. Oh yeah, and it's real Unix.

Expect a lot of jealousy and denial, OP. It's fantastic.

Because he doesn't know the laptop market and is biased.

MBA is an UltraBook pretty much, a 1.3k MBA and a Zenbook have the same if not similar specs.

Well For starters he spent at least, 1000 GBP, you could get a Laptop, just as good if not better for 750 or lower, Over-spent simple as..

he paid 1000 pounds for an Apple Logo.

No he didn't. Wipe the Apple logo off and preconceptions out of your head, then put it side-by side with the Asus UX31A and Samsung Series 9 Ultrabook. Tell me what you see.

HAHAHAHA

No, just no.

I was looking at thin, light laptops (UltraBooks). This was the best, if you think otherwise, you clearly are biased and do not know anything about the ultrabook market.
