Agreed. Some things can pass in the General Discussion, but posting about girls or social issues seems more like Facebook than TTG.

Well if that is what this site is for then I guess for music/sport/tv/conspiracy/news talk I should go somewhere else..... oh wait... There are off topics everywhere, so why should relationship advice be treated differently? Oh because guys are said to not have those types of feelings, right? That makes you soft, or "gay" as others put it. As long as it stays appropriate, I say let them talk.

I agree, for the most part. It was more of a mistake on my part though, this site discusses many topics including real life issues, but personal choices isn't one of them. We can't tell someone whether or not they should date some girl, or tell him to choose football over a social life. Those are just examples of posts I've seen. I'm saying this isn't a site to ask complete strangers for personal advice because frankly.. We don't give a shit

I guess I am one of the few people that rather talk about relationship advice than talk about sport teams or players. I understand that we shouldn't have a say-so on who they date, but most of the time it's advice on how to get the person they want or solve a problem they are having. I rather talk about these things than sports, but I guess that is a rare quality on this site. All in all, it's not my site or my rules, but I was just stating an opinion. You took it well compared to others I have talked to, so thank you for that and have a good day/night.

This is my personal opinion. I think there should be a real life section for this purpose. Just because its a Gaming Related Website does not mean topics based solely on that will be discussed. People will always post that stupid stuff on the forums, but it will be in different sections because of the fact that there isn't a section for that stuff.
