Yo mine does tht to but i got it working easily

1st put ur disk in
2nd when its running hit the top of ur xbox and it should work but u have to keep trying till it works it takes time!

uhm lol. All you have to do is open ur xbox, open the disc tray and clean the laser 8)
If you still have a warranty just send it in for free lol
