When i go on minecraft, i go on my world and all of the animals are messed up and look like nets or something, and it switched to the old version somehow...

It would help whether we knew it was xbox or pc minecraft plus try reinstalling the game, make sure the world is not corrupt. If it still doesn't work after trying a fresh world after re-installing then idk
