I've tried it on my sisters account and it doesn't work very well, people have also been rank reset for trying to do it. Just do the reconnaissance technique, it's allowed and it takes like two weeks for level 400.

Lol , get a dummie and do transfer glitch way easier and small chance of getting reseted ... :facepalm:
