I got console banned 4 times for it. so yeah I just buy my own microsoft points

It isn't Illegal that's why they limit it to be used only a certain amount of times during the course of 1 year. That way you cannot abuse it.

Its not illegal, you can do it. Just not ALL the time. They would not make this feature if you could get banned for it. Just dont do it all the time.

its not a feature it being dishonest about whos the owner of the account, its like giving out a crack for after effects its illegal

its NOT illegal, its JUST AGAINST THE ToS and you WILL be banned for it if caught, even once
