Please? ;( All of my 4 Accounts have Been Banned, And i made a new one a Week Later (Today) My Console Signed Me out and Said 'You've Been Banned from Xbox Live' ;(

take an axe hit your xbox and throw it out a window. You can unban an xbox sell it on eBay and get a new one

If you've been IP banned just go to the network settings hit configure network copy your automatic IP adress and then change it slightly probably at the end to 10 numbers difference.

Right now their is currently no way of unbanning a account unless, you convince XBLPET to unban it or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and you deserve the ban.
