I hope the game doesn't get modded at all. It's pointless - every 12 year old joining the game dropping the same guns on the ground thinking they're cool, when they are just taking all of the challenge from the game, and all of the fun out of it. This was the thing that made me stop playing Borderlands 1.

Anyway, my games will always be private, so there will be no chance of people spamming me with guns that I don't want.

As much as I wish it wouldn't, More than likely everything will probably be a month or so in. I will just avoid them if I need to.

Supposedly, the makers of Willowtree are already working on modifications to Borderlands 2, so we'll see. I don't care if people mod, as long as they aren't in my lobby doing it. I enjoyed playing with mods in Borderlands after I had already done everything, but I wanna at least 100% everything in Borderlands 2 before I even think about touching a modded weapon.

You realize that all games regardless of the Firewall was modded the first day that they was released. That would include Borderlands 1. Lol.

guys this is a gaming and modding community and tbh modding a game on the launch day is pathetic, in my opinion you just wasted 30 or $60, ye there will be **** out there that do it but just keep the guns and all that modded shit in your own games for a month while gamers that enjoy gaming in general play it, to it's best okay!

I think mods are cool but not when you haven beat the game some time its ok but i think most of the stuff on border lands 2 will be mododdable . but with a jtag it all will be mododdable but we all know hackers will play borderlands2.
