Well I have had a very good connection in the past. The cable company delivered all of their promises when it came to upload speed, download speed etc. But Recently, when I am playing Xbox Live its would lag me for a couple of seconds, then kick me or the other players out of my Xbox Live Party. This is especially annoying when playing Fifa because it disconnects me from the EA Servers, and makes me get a loss. This has recently started to occur. I tried restarting my connection, testing it, and nothing. Please tell me a way to get rid of this annoying problem.

I would recommend calling up Xbox live support.
