here is the format and reminders.

First pick what Staff position you are looking to get into.
- CreativeStaff
- FactionStaff
- Builder
- Moderator
- Admin

Second read what standards you need to meat to be able to get that position.
CreativeStaff:
-Be active on the server.
-Be active in the creative world.
-Be known and respected on the server.
-Build a few nice creations on your plots.

Builder:
-Bring 3 Active players to the server
-Build over 10 creations. (must be huge, well designed, and life like)

Moderator:
-Bring 2-5 active players to the server.
-Be on the server more than most people.
-Be know among the community/respected.
-Build a few creations, and be seen helping people out.

Admin:
-Bring over 5-6 active players on the server.
-Have previous experience in staff.
-Be know among the community/respected.
-Be Great at building.
-Be very known by me.
-Spend about all of your time on the server.
