When I'm playing on my server my frames drop to 5-10 and in the cmd its saying [Warning] Can't Keep up, did the system time change or is the server overloaded?
Anybody got a fix?

I'm assuming your server is hosted on your personal computer?
It sounds like your CPU or RAM are maxed out.

Your computer obviously isn't powerful enough to run minecraft and a server at the same time. Make sure you are not over-dedicating RAM to the server, that will make it lag a lot.
Your only options, if you want to host a server, is to get a paid, dedicated one or to upgrade your pc a lot.
You can get simple 6 slot servers for quite cheap.
Try BeastNode or BukkitHost. They are two of the best in my opinion.

SPEED wrote I'm assuming your server is hosted on your personal computer?Yes, I'm playing on my personal computer, and yes my CPU and RAM are jumping between nearly maxed out and maxed out, I was wondering if I started the server with less RAM if it would help.
