You need to promote your content man, try and get a community channel to upload your videos, get yourself out their, uploading videos is only the first step

the reason your going wrong is that your posting one video for the people to watch , then you post the new one and no ones going to look at the old one that you posted earlyer , or even leave it 2 days till you post next , check out my channel please and subscribe , [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

80 vids is too much to be only having 1k views my old clan had 112 and 9k views
