You can get a GTX 570 for $10 less [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As far as a power supply, I'd go with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] one.

Stick with the 570, it will run BF3 fully maxed out at about 40FPS everything on ultra @1920x1080.

Everything will fit in the case just fine and yes all your components are compatible.

Suggest you go with this ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] It's a newer chipset and is on sale so why not save yourself some money. They (your board and this board) are near enough the same board but the Z77 offers newer technology.

You should take a look at the 3570K it's Intel's newest architecture and is only ~$20 more than a 2500K. You'll have support for PCIe 3.0 plus a Z77 and Ivy Bridge go hand in hand.

Suggest you go with the 7850, it's near enough the same as the GTX 570 but much cheaper.
Here is one with the Twin Frozr cooler for $220: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Edit: Benches 7850 vs 570: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
